If you like a round of golf, we have several picturesque options in the local area.
St Helens Golf Club
With a bushland setting on the edge of St Helens town, this is an nine-hole 18 tee course (par 71), with a clubhouse and fully stocked bar. Golf club hire is available from their shop and the course is open to the public, with competition days held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Scamander River Golf Club
Located approximately a 15 minute drive away at the Scamander Sports Complex, this course is a well-maintained par 72, nine-hole course. Course length is 5778 metres with a feature par five of 569 metres. The clubrooms offer bar service and meals each Friday evening. Golf carts are available for hire and visitors are most welcome to partake in Club competitions
Cerise Brook Orchard
The Cerise Brook Orchard and Family Golf Course at St Helens is par three chip ‘n’ putt course set among Cerise Brook’s stone fruit orchards. It offers a 9-hole, par 3 chip and putt golf course, with fairways ranging from 60 to 114 metres. Clubs are available for hire and balls and tees are provided. There is an on-site cafe and BBQ facilities are also available.
