From a small group of 20 way up to large groups of up to 150 guests and more, we’ve got your group accommodation booking covered.

Group Booking Policy – 20 People or More
For ease of process group bookings need to be made by one person nominated as the contact for all bookings in their group. This person will be responsible for ensuring that all relevant information is shared to their group & for organising all of the deposits & payments required for the booking.
Ready to Make a Booking?
In readiness to take advantage of a fixed group booking price please ensure you have the dates, numbers of people, requirements & payment options organised.
Once a payment is made your group booking will attract a fixed group price & conditions. Any extra bookings added to the initial group booking will be subject to the daily variable pricing rates & will not attract the fixed group rate.
Our Facilities
Camp Kitchen & Alfresco MTB Area
Informal catering options include the alfresco kitchen area with a large fire pit & built-in seating, plus adjacent table seating, BBQs & wood-fired pizza oven in which to cook our pizzas. The indoor camp kitchen can also cater for both small & large gatherings, and features:

Accommodation Options
Cabins: From small group bookings of 4 Cabins way up to large groups of 23 Cabins and 12 double Bunkhouse rooms we’ve got your group accommodation booking covered.
Each cabin can sleep from 2 to 6 people
Glamping tents: Our glamping tents are a fabulous new offering for groups of up to 30. With your own private oasis, it will feel like a true adventure!
Camp Sites: We’ve got your group camping needs covered from small family/friendship groups way up to large groups and gatherings!
Each camp site can sleep up to 6 people in 1 van/motorhome/tent.
